Sean graduated from George Mason University with a dual major in finance and accounting. After working for the largest Washington DC based CPA firm, he moved to South Lake Tahoe in 1999 to be a glorified ski bum, however, his career followed him and he developed and refined his client niche between powder days. While in Tahoe he was the assistant mogul coach for Heavenly Valley Ski Foundation's freestyle team and has coached and developed three athletes to the U.S. Team, including current member Sho Kashima. Sean is married to his wife Andrea and they have two boys, Jeremy and Josh, both of whom show early signs of adrenaline addiction. Sean loves the outdoors and being with his family. You will often see them taking family walks in the evenings for what Sean calls "life's perfect time".
Stephanie Cripe, CRTP

Stephanie has been in accounting for over 30 years, with extensive experience in the areas of tax, accounting, and payroll for both individuals and businesses. When it comes to business, she shares William A. Foster's philosophy "Quality is never an accident; it is always the result of high intention, sincere effort, intelligent direction and skillful execution; it represents the wise choice of many alternatives".
Stephanie is a fifth generation Californian, and grew up in Sacramento. She graduated from St. Mary's College in 1978 with a degree in Accounting and upon graduating was a staff accountant at an accounting firm in San Francisco for four years prior to moving back to Sacramento. Stephanie and her husband Paul have been married 33 years, and have two children, a son who is a doctor in the Navy, and a daughter who is in the architecture/design industry. Both of her children graduated from UC Berkeley, so if you are not a Cal fan, I would keep that to yourself.
Stephanie believes in giving back, and over the years has been a very active community volunteer, with significant Board experience including the Junior League of Sacramento (past-president), Sacramento Children's Home, and Friends of the Sacramento Crisis Nurseries. She loves spending time with her friends, family, and two kitties (Coco and Bella) and travels as often as she can (annual trips to Kauai and her trips to Europe are her favorites).
Nadine Randall

Nadine joined Boyd & Associates in 2011, but has been working in the accounting field for six years. She is an indispensible part of this office, in fact, without her we would be lost! We wouldn't know which way was up. We wouldn't eat and we wouldn't sleep!
Along with many other natural talents and abilities, Nadine has a background in small business management, QuickBooks, accounting, and payroll and as a licensed Notary, she is available for all your Notary service needs.
Nadine and her husband Larry have been married for many years and have three children and four grandchildren. She is a California native, and her hobies, among others, include reading mystery novels by authors such as John Lescroart, Harlan Coben, and Michael Connley. She enjoys knitting/cross-stitch and doing jigsaw puzzles.
Andrea Boyd
Client Services, Marketing Director
Andrea obtained a business degree from UC Riverside in 1999 with an emphasis in marketing. Her background is in television advertising at a Sacramento area TV station, a television media buying firm in San Francisco, and local (Northern California and Northern Nevada) franchise marketing for a Fortune 500 company. She is a former franchise owner of Curves for Women, a women's only exercise gym, and has years of experience in real estate management. With her background in marketing, her specialty at Boyd & Associates is focused on firm marketing, and building and maintaining client relationships.
Andrea enjoys playing outdoor soccer on an all women's team, reading Agatha Christie novels, and traveling and dancing with her husband. She and Sean have two boys who are the light of their lives.
